You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in all fields indicated as required when registering for Midwaytel services. As part of signing up on www.midwaytel.com you will choose a passcode required to access your account in the site and use of the Midwaytel services.
Midwaytel service in currently available for customers in the UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, New Zeland, USA, Canada, Scandinavia and Malaysia only who can make long distance/overseas outgoing calls.
Customers understand that they should have the third party provided telephone/cell phone services to use Midwaytel calling service. So, the normal functioning of customer's existing telephone/cellular service is pre-condition for using Midwaytel Service. At the same time, it is to be noted that Midwaytel calling service is not substituting for customer's telephone service and so Midwaytel service does not support emergency calling services such as 911.
Customer acknowledges and agrees to use Midwaytel solely for lawful purposes. In this regard you may not (a) intercept or monitor and damage or modify any communication which is not intended for you, (b) send any unsolicited commercial communications, and (c) use Midwaytel services in any fraudulent way. Moreover, you may not submit or publish to Midwaytel site any material that solicits funds or services, contains advertising that includes programs that contain viruses or any other program designed to impair the functionality of any Midwaytel server or the network(s) connected to any Midwaytel server.
Midwaytel reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Midwaytel discreet necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
Midwaytel may prevent use of the Midwaytel services for reasons, including but not limited to, fraudulent calling patterns, excessive usage, billing irregularities and unlawful use.
Midwaytel provides local access numbers for major cities. If a customer does not find a Midwaytel access number that is within his/her local calling area he/she is advised to use android cell phones, iPhone cell phones and computer those have direct destination dialing facility through mobile Application or desk-top Application.
Calls that have fractional talk-time will be rounded up to the next minute. E.g a call with talk-time of 6.01 minutes will be rounded to 7.00 minutes for billing.
Recharge In order to use Midwaytel services customers have to have credit in their account. Customers may charge their credit cards to re-charge accounts either online by login to their accounts at or by calling Midwaytel customer service.
The rates for the Midway Tel services are published on www.midwaytel.com . Official means of communicating all rate changes to customers will be via Midwaytel website. Customers are advised to monitor rates on the web from time-to-time. Rate changes may occur without any prior notice.
Customers may request for a refund by submitting a written request to Midwaytel customer services via firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests carried out through other means shall not be eligible for the refund. In case customer wants to close his/her account, Midwaytel will refund 100% of the remaining balance (unused portion) in the account. Midwaytel reserves the right to deny repetitive refund requests. Any abuse of the terms relating to refunds hereunder shall lead to the termination of this Agreement.
CAlthough Midwaytel has developed an intelligent system to avoid un-wanted situation, we recognize our valued customer's right to report unresolved disputes on charges to his/her credit card company. However, we strongly suggest the customer to view his/her purchase activity online and crosscheck with relevant credit card bill. Midwaytel sincerely wishes to maintain a good and lasting relationship with its valued customer and so it is advised that the customer first discuss the transactions in question with Midwaytel Customer Care or by email at email@example.com. Midwaytel maintains a detailed log on every call made and every payment transaction by every customer for a period of one full year. So we do not see any reason for any dispute not being solved by mutual discussion. If it is found that dispute reported by customer was based on false information, the customer agrees to be charged a $50.00 processing fee per erroneous dispute from his/her credit balance with Midwaytel. In case of shortage of fund in customer's account the balance may be collected from the customer through legal action, if needed. Excessive number of disputes may result in the cancellation of the customer account.
All currencies received at Midwaytel are charging in USD, EURO, CHF and GBP. Other currencies are accepted if customer are paying by PayPal.
